There’s been lots of new buzz over the past month or so about the social media release, much of it in response to Cisco’s implementation (see Cisco Social Media Release, on WebProNews).
Despite the misgivings I have expressed, in this blog and on Fusion Forum (see Web 2.0 Press Release: an Oxymoron?), I have decided that perhaps it is time for a fresh look.
I’ll be evaluating where the SMR stands today, by taking the pulse of online discussions, and, if possible, trying to look beyond the small number of case studies that I am aware of.
Meanwhile, I have updated my news radar, please see the column to the left for the latest links and buzz on the social media release.
